How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a short conversation about what needs cleaning, how high it is, how the crew will get to it and where water can be reached. Photos make this faster. We then put the quote in writing, with the areas, the method and anything we left out.
On the day, we protect plants, windows and outlets, plan where the water will run, and choose a method that suits the surface. Soft wash goes on delicate walls and roofs, and higher pressure goes on hard concrete. When the work is done, we walk it with you before packing up. Building approvals are your call, and we will give you the details the job involves.
